First Principles: Possession and Use of Arms

Richard Henry Lee was a leader during the Revolutionary War who later offered his valid criticisms along with the thoughts of others in the Anti-Federalist Papers.  It is often attested that without the Anti-Federalists, the Bill of Rights would not have been made part of the US Constitution.
