It's not just wonder
An artist employs
It's not a blunder
That fills the void
With things of art
It's a matter of heart

Empty canvas devoid of light
Paints its beauty in the night
Color-go-round of ambient beat
Fills the soul with secret heat
An interesting sense of interplay
Between the yin and yang of daze

Starting from the blank
Feeding from a creative bank
Springing out of conversation
Into sketches of the imagination
Talked into its inner image
The blank fills with the artist's message
