Musical Chairs

Love, Henry - Arm Chair Confessions

Musical Chairs
by Michael Romani

Sparsely revealed and concealed
Into a sense of shallow space
The final deal is sealed
At the rush of a dialog's pace
The only response to lit rain
Is the feeling of loss and pain

Leaving tormented lovers satisfied
In kind with a mind to be dignified
Stand alone poses sculpted from sketches
Caught up in the trivia of lost catches
Catches hidden in repentant shame
In which all the players bear blame

Monochrome - The Grit & Shame of Chaos Ordered

Fallen footprints pace across scenery
With neither time nor space for greenery
A visual sort of torrid embodiment
Defining the relationship between music and art
Sometimes cast in mental and emotional cement
As two are one in the dreamer's fluid heart

Torn out areas of wounded inner eloquence
Projected asides interesting in their difference
Multiple elements of terror and anxiety
This is what it is truly meant to be
In a kaleidoscope of seldom musical chairs
The artist creates what the people sonically share

IYC -Stare Weed

A deconstructed sense of half remembered anatomy
Marks the scorched connection of musicality
Snapped into place as parts of an imaginary set
Flashes of truth concealed in the lies we forget
Blocks of light shaping circles into squares
Chaotically play in a cycle of musical chairs
