Be the light that shines on the world driving out the darkness and bringing hope, faith and love to all of humanity.  I think that’s about as plainly put as possible.  It’s always right to do the right things, say the right things, living for the good, the pure and the noble.  Admittedly, it’s not always easy.  But it gets easier with each effort made.  The amazing thing is that these efforts grow exponentially.  One effort  made seems to encourage other such acts and the world grows a little better, bit by bit.
