From this morning's sermon - And whatsoever ye do, do it heartily, as to the Lord, and not unto men; - Colossians 3:23 Every Day Is A Celebration by Michael Romani Every day is a celebration One I live with fascination Standing on promises made Promises kept never fade Singing out in His praise Living His love in all my days Life begun in Christ is eternal Other choices are a bit infernal From his Mother Mary's womb Unto the days of an empty tomb The birth of His church was born To bring hope to the lost and forlorn Throughout the world, in all of it's parts This gospel message speaks to all hearts Salvations stems from the Cross at Calvary In all of its resurrection of Holy Divinity Worship lived well is a centered lifestyle One filled with affirmation and not denial This then is how we are meant to live this Filled with His love and knowing forgiveness Our God is a the right sort of loving father Meaning the best for every son and daughter And we as His children need to return this love Here on Earth worship as it will always be above He is the shepherd and we are His chosen flock Standing on the promises as steadfast as a rock In remembrance and focus we make our choices Be it dwelling on the bad or praising in our voices Searching eyes looking up into the heavenly skies One set sees only stars; the other sees with true eyes The evidence is there to be seen and does abound In all the things and people and all that does surround It only takes a believer's heart to see it and affirm The truth of life that our every senses do confirm There in this world in all we do we show our choices In all the quiet agreement on which we give our voices Either way, it is with our amen that we tell our story Do we join in the darkness or do we speak of Glory As for me and my home we will always choose to serve This is our very solemn vow from which we will not swerve In this celebratory life we choose our solid agreements There is no way around this or even simple deferments So walk carefully in all the things your life serves to affirm And walk steadfast in all ways at all times serving to confirm God, the Father is the truth, the light and the very source Then we have our part to be lived as we act in our course In saying this I urge that we forgive and love one another Celebrating a righteous life of love for each sister and brother (c) July 9, 2017 Michael Romani All Rights Reserve
