Wall or Door
by Michael Romani
Where you see a wall
I see a door
What you see as closed
Can be opened once more
Opened by conviction
A lock is not a lock without a key
Curiosity brings its inquisition
Perseverance overcomes mystery
Mind's mental dancer
Steps up to take its answers
Spoken dreams of plurality
Are kept in keeping one's integrity
Even a blind man sees
What rests inside
That is of course
When he sets aside his pride
