I only want to know your soul
Do you think that will be alright?
For the first time, I've found my role
I am content being the shadow to your light
This seems the essence of your being
A whisper shaped like a silent scream
I want to see beyond the illusory seeing
Waking into the living of your dream
Our friends say that you are the counter to me
I feel you and I are the my completion to be
Your touch brings me deeper than I am
The only thing that I know is that live to be your man
There in the moistness of your unshed tears
Is where I want to live for the rest of my years
