The English Essayist and poet Charles Lamb was born on February 10, 1775. He lived until December 27, 1834. In the days of his life, he became best known for his Essays of Elia, Tales of Shakespeare and this essay On the Tragedies of Shakespeare Considered With Reference For Their Fitness For Stage Representation In the midst of these accomplishments and at the center of literary England, Lamb became “the most lovable figure in English Literature”.
