First Principles: Avoiding Fraud, Waste and Abuse Is Paramount to Honest Government

We can always think of more things to spend money on right?  Especially when it’s not our money but the government’s money, right?  Hold up… it’s our money…..  What we spend on today when wisely applied is just fine.  What happens when the bill comes due?
