With the wink of an eye and subtle gesture
The man on the moon began his lecture
It seems it doesn’t take an Einstein to know
That even if you stumble, it’s on with the show
That’s what was that he earnestly sought
That I might learn as really I should and ought
Oh there will be plenty of mistakes to be made
But life is to be lived unabashed and unafraid
When you fall, you must get right back up again
Dust yourself off, learned lessons are your friends
That’s what he lectured in his beams of moon glow
And he has seen everything, so, he should really know
So, there you have it the rise of yet another sunrise
A new world waits to be found there in the warmth of your eyes
