If anyone has any doubt about the reasoning behind this proposition, please consider the immense further debt our Republicans just put us in.  When the debt is collected on whom will we owe?  How much?  Isn’t there a time to consider that present entitlements that wipe out our children’s future is not a gain but a loss?  Isn’t it time that we in the present generation bite the bullet so that our nation might survive into the future? When do we govern soberly and with the maturity to realize we cannot simply print more money nor borrow it without a huge cost in the end?
