Let me tell you a little about virtual reality

It’s the best and worse according to your ability

I have spent a lot of time exploring on a server

And if I’ve lost that girl, maybe, I didn’t deserve her

Second Life is a microcosm on the half shell

Sometimes bringer of dreams; other times living hell

Most of all that it brings is a living reflection

Filled with joy but other times with it’s swift correction

More than a little of how it is falls on each actor

As we play our part amidst so many other factors

Hoping learning just as we have in real life

What it takes to find peace and love and less strife

All in all it’s a microcosmic sort of deep exploration

One best done with eyes wide open and in fascination
