Some wish to be famous and seek out fame
I understand this and cast no kind of blame
But, for me, I wish a life of balanced proportion
Not one lived like some sort of social distortion
Like Leonardo Da Vinci’s Canon of Property
This has always been right for and to me
My model being a fleshed out Virtruvian man
Living this out the very best that I can
In a blend of science, music and muted art
Living as much by my mind as my heart
Pen and ink detail my life’s simple geometry
Wishing for more but needing the symmetry
Maybe its a matter of universal composition
Or maybe it’s just down to this human’s disposition
