To Live By Faith by Michael Romani Life comes hard to deal its hand Striking harder than we understand Living in faith to our very best Ever hopeful that we will pass the test Even the apostles prayed for increase Though a grain's faith makes doubt cease All things prayed and then we have thought In self denial of the very things sought Brought to our knees by things we need Ever mindful of that tiny mustard seed Without faith it is impossible to please God This is the way of growing however odd For without belief, everything comes to naught God is who He is and the one that we ought To believe in Him truly in all of His very ways Is what's necessary to living holy all of our days Help for our belief in all of our non-belief Takes us step from step from our dark grief Despite our moments of incessant carnality It comes on strong in all of our humanity (c) June 27, 2018 Michael Romani All Rights Reserved
