Despite the uneasiness felt by poor Alice
She could not quite pinpoint the malice
Just a sense of concern falling in the crevice
And her strong belief that she didn’t deserve this
The white rabbit stared on into the abyss
Sure that the Cheshire Cat would obviously miss
Anything going on as too obvious
He was known for his smile and being oblivious
The Red Queen took the position of her command
There in that funky space they called Wonderland
Still, poor Alice couldn’t understand why Rabbit was cross
After all, there was nothing he could count as loss
She and the Mad Hatter quietly sipped their tea
Noting all of this as a very splendid curiosity
