I suppose that every creative thinker knows this.  Maybe we all do?

Patience In Action

Rodin says that patience is action
I do believe I see this satisfaction
No matter what direction that I turn
It's there in all for every one to learn

The rocky shore says it will never wear down
But it's the relentless wave wearing the crown
There in its endless bits of splash on splash
The rock gives way until gone with a crash

The rock deep far from shore- within the land mass
Thinks itself safe until wind and water forms a pass
Tirelessly, we watch as time has it's way
What was thought solid transform in the new day

One day it will be so for those who now rule
And mankind will find peace in its final school
Tyranny in all forms will give way to acceptance
When we find our way to our final repentance

Patience in action; Patience is action
The only truest way to every best satisfaction
We will find our way to a world of kindness
And learn that all else was but blindness
