The Good Man Stands

Been spending some time at a Western museum lately.  When you think on the lives lived, something like this might come to mind?

Avilion- Australian Cowboy On the Dusty Divatina

The Good Man Stands
by Michael Romani

Troubles come
Troubles gone
The good man stands
As he carries on

Laying rail
Or busting sod
All's the same
In the name of God

Out in the prairie dust
It seems luck is the only God
It becomes hard to trust
When you're a broken as the sod

Trouble comes
And troubles gone
The good man walk
As he carries on

All the tears, he ain't cried
No time for that on the frontier
Many's the friend who up and died
But there ain't no time to shed a tear

Life is hard
Filled with action
So little time
To find satisfaction

Trouble comes
And troubles gone
The good man breathes
And carries on
