Some folks talk about degrees of separation.  Others of an overarching oneness.

Entanglement

In entanglement we find our connection
Though the miles apart make it hard for detection
There is inside of you the very heart of me
And inside of me, my heart beats at your possibility

There has been a sense of oneness in us all
Available to tap into if we'll but recall
But, there is also the a certain sense to the Big Bang
That magic moment when the universal bell rang

While we are separated by physical distance
I must set out with the greatest insistence
That we are all part of one energy
And that through this we may find synergy

Science cannot understand this yet
Still, witnesses to this find they cannot forget
All this healing comes from the Divine
Faith in God brings about the sublime

Tears of love come to anxious eyes
But the relief found should be no surprise
Finding the truth in there is not trying
There is only do; choosing to live and not dying

Finding the faith in what we can do
To disrupt disease and face me and you
A hallowed feeling felt deep within our souls
The entanglement finds its own way to console

Each day lived becomes its own celebration
Each path walked, walked with fascination
There is so much to live for in this together
Each step closer brings us to that something better
