Saw a movie that inspired some beautiful thoughts, I think maybe?  The thought of being so joined that you could see the world through the eyes of the one you want to share life with anyhow might be kinda very awesome even if a bit scary at times…

Echoed Reflections

A smart man often turns things messy
With a turn of thoughts, you'd guess he
Might find a way to get himself ahead
Instead of messing up again as it's said

Cherries waiting in turn to be picked
Like candles melting waiting to be wicked
Burning all the days at both ends
Clumsy thieves of time, struggle to be friends

Stealing away the moments of our every day
Faking their best at just being okay
Dropped jokes cause their own walkaway
Wishing once a good one would choose to stay

Ghosted there in their mix of reflection
Each getting lost in their inner connection
Underdressed in their moment of resurrection
There something there that escapes detection

Both certain that they might lose their minds
Choosing to lose themselves in commonality they find
Caught up by their unexpected synchronicity 
Yet, somehow disconnected through life's simplicity

Echoed thoughts bear their need for repetition
Two hearts caught up into one fantastic beauty
Each the other's better half come to light
As they see their way through each other's sight
