Dream Space

There's a dream space
Deep within the flame
And it holds your name
A moment that I embrace
Thinking on your name
Holier than my shame

The happiness that I once felt
Stays forever in my heart
Like a secret wisdom to impart
I prayed there as I knelt
In a wish that you'd never part
Stronger than my broken heart

The flame acting as my guide
Brings me somehow closer to you
With the soundness of a heart beating true
Hours spent alone as I cried
Our moments of certainty, so few
My heart cannot get past you
