Ghosts of A Thousand Ages

We can learn a lot from history.

Ghosts of A Thousand Ages
by Michael Romani

The ghosts of a thousand ages
Tell the truth of a thousand sages
Stepping to the ledge, window shopping
The fireworks inside are heart stopping

Love of music fires our mortal souls
Each string strummed serves to console
The ghosts of the past
Are sustained as the memories that last

By keeping our joyful hearts
As we have from the start
Legends kept in our heads
Are spoken as blessings from the dead
