A poem in the light of gratitude #20:
Gratitude For A Unified Field of Connection by Michael Romani Increasingly one for less and less punctuality While I search for gratitude as my reality I find much of it has to do with right intention And the rest of all there is has to do with connection There isn't really a me without the you to observe And though that might seem more confusing than you deserve It's truly how it is as we seek to find our unity Breaking it down to the smallest bits of known diversity Always thankful in knowing that all that surrounds is God And that, in any event, the God we know is the source of all In the final analysis there is a bit of me that is also you There as we search ever deeper, this truth comes into view All that observe come to influence and change what we see Here in this universe of certain and then the uncertainty We find that taken to its smallest part all is energy That vibrates and moves and interacts with variant frequency My lady love says that my struggle with this proposition Has to do with my mind and heart's subtle competition As each tries to guide me to my fullest bit of understanding And I find that all around me is at times too demanding We operate in a world self absorbed thinking each apart When in truth, we are all within God and joined at the heart The struggle felt is nihilistic and fears for scarcity When we inhabit a universe of giving to all in abundancy Taken to it's smallest points we find that all is illusion And yet though it may seem to be a bit of too much confusion The reality that we see and think and feel is of relationship Even the very God that we join together in our worship I am grateful to find the bonds that I have with all I love Circles back to me in all its joyous bits of pure energy Given and taken in not so certain bits like manna from heaven Though even that, I suppose, depends on its frequency (c) November 20, 2019 Michael Romani All Rights Reserved
