A poem of gratitude #25:

Grateful For A Quest Completed

Life has at best
One most important quest
It begins at the start
By the opening of one's heart

There in a box filled
With the best revealed
Of many treasured memories
With small touches of reveries

It's in the gratitude for these
And all of which pleases
That we begin with the incomprehensible
And make all of these things possible

There is nothing greater
Neither now, past or later
Than here's someone's belief
To warm the heart back from grief

Pure hearts wish to live love
As something sacred as above
Two hearts joined as one
Never to be again undone

At least as it is seen
And must be believed in
That love is the first knightly virtue
And it is what I will always feel for you

This the deepest of holiday magic
To believe any less would be simply tragic
Eternal devotion is the truest quest
It is in your love that I will find my rest
