By this, it is meant all of mankind is seen as born equal before God and under the law.  Our rights are equally given to us by God not other members of mankind holding positions of authority and in government.  As such, only God can take what He has given, not government.  The sooner that those in government realize this and that we the People hold these rights seriously, the sooner we can go back to reasonably proportionate governance which is in just and right accord to God’s law.  Until then, we are all Virginians and will stand for our rights, every single one these for every single one of us.
