Christmas Lights

Looking out from the heart of the city
It's best to take things with humor so witty
And to know that children are our possibility
Because they still see impossible things with clarity

Santa doesn't have one child, he has them all
And loves each completely, as best that I recall
Life is all the better when you carry your song
Everywhere you go is then somewhere that you belong

Ho, ho, ho and away we determinately go
Up, up, up into the city's great heights
With a gentle touch and softly said hello
Gliding along the path of Christmas lights
