Na/GloPoWriMo #27: In A Cemetery Obscure

Na/GloPoWriMo #27: In A Cemetery Obscure
by Michael Doyle

Today's walk
Filled with history
Footsteps fallen
In the silent cemetery

Melancholy and forlorn
This modern world
Needs some of the ringlorn
To realize, everyday is a quest

Harmless decision points
Lead to the agnosthesia
Words spoken and unspoken
Hold their forms of amnesia

Tears fall silently
Dormant as a lilo
Her ghost calls to her baby
In the that tombstone like silo

There is something obscure
In the vision's sorrow
1918 held no absolution or cure
And for some, there was no tomorrow
