On This Path of Redemption

On This Path of Redemption
by Michael Doyle

The struggles we live
Fill us with doubt
Whatever life may give
To the point we want out

Faith works through us all
However the winds might be contrary
It's the high pressure we must recall
However the opposition seems legendary

The loudest voice is seldom
The truest spoken voice
Keeping faith in the kingdom
Is always the best choice

Satan comes tugging
On our best coat sleeve
Amplifying what's bugging
To pull us away from what we believe

Yet, we must learn to let go
Forgetting our justification
Of letting it be as we know
On this path of our redemption
