Have all the meaning
To communicating 
As a human being

Systematic rules
To all that we are saying
Laid out
Like cards that we are playing

Garden paths
Of quiet accident
Show a map
Of living inside this incident

We fill out and in
Our partial perceptions
Blind spots
That trigger false reception

In a duality of patterns
Arbitrary symbols
Given out in smatterings
Of meanings we might yet share
