A Morning's Miracle

Forever, we are set free
Finding peace from anxiety
The world has its complexity
But we can walk it in simplicity

Following the path of the light
Instead of being stuck in the night
Having Jesus brings the best of life
Bringing us peace and ending our strife

Listening to and following His ways
We live in righteousness in our days
Finding life instead of living death
We keep our faith with every breath

Following the Word as a true believer
Instead of the deceptions of the deceiver
We are blessed when we find the truth
If only we had done so in our youth

In all the miracles we've lived yet miss
As we are forgiven by the Savior's kiss
Like the widow at the well of living water
We find our lives by living for the Father

There is no lasting accusation
As we walk in our absolution
We are just to go and sin no more
In a stormy sea, we find the peaceful shore
