Long Live Freedom

Freedom is the path to prosperity
Socialism, of any kind, leads to poverty
The Western World would be well-advised
To keep toward liberty, as the best plan devised

An example can be found in Argentinian history
As it became prosperous until it declined in a century
Capitalism is the only way to help the poor to rise
It is the moral path to be taken by the worldly wise

If followed, capitalism can double the world's GDP
Within 30 years, it's evidenced in Argentine history
For its faults, the answers found in the Industrial Revolution
Show that 90% of the world rose from poverty by this solution

In 1800, 95% of the world lived in an extreme poverty
This dropped to 5% prior to the pandemic in this century
The free market economy cures the ailments of destitution
Ending world hunger and ending poverty as an institution

Engrained as it is the Left attacks this as something unjust
Despite empirical observation that shows what we must trust
The Left is contemptuous of the ways of altruistic capitalism
Social justice has been shown as unfair despite the optimism

That its followers treat this plague despite it violence
As it coercively taxes citizens as is in plain evidence
The economy is not a cake that can be had and eaten too
Market discovery processes show success is from me and you

Destroyed incentives are the most natural consequence
As the cake becomes smaller and results in less recompense
Collectivism ties entrepreneur's hands from a better price
And the better goods and services that would be nice

The better world has been brought to us through capitalism
It is more prosperous gives us reason for optimism
It is a world freer and mostly unrepressed
And inclined to greater prosperity yet to be expressed

Libertarianism respects the life projects of all others
In non-aggression against the fundamental rights of one another
It is the success derived from a better price and true quality
It is the capitalist who provides humanity's free society

Living heroes in the defense of life, freedom, and property
Why then is it that the West has reached a moment of jeopardy?
As liberty is undermined by the drive for greater power
Reached through socialism, this power has fails in every hour

And in every way, be it economically, socially, and/or culturally
The leaders and thinkers who embrace this undermine our society
Socialism can only lead to the degradation of our liberality
The distorted beliefs border intentional criminality

Properly conceived, the market consists of voluntary exchange
Where the commodities and services act to rearrange
There only market failures that happen are through coercion
When the government intervenes through its oppression

Otherwise, market failures are do not really exist
However firmly believed in as an urban legend that persists
The fractures of perceived reality consist of opened doors
That reveal economic falsehoods and very little more

An example of this is found in the growth within monopoly
Perception is not truth and in this case is truly and perceptibly
A justification for lesser not greater governmental intervention
And the essence of why there is need for lesser regulation

Bureaucrats in glass offices do not make this world revolve
It takes capitalists and risks for this to successfully resolve
As truth became known, class struggle was left behind
Social justice became a construct harmful well-being and minds

The first of the battles was conflict between man and woman
Despite the creed of equality and allowing each what they can
We are all granted inalienable rights by the creator of us all
Agencies have not provided any worth that is worthy of recall

That go beyond the merit that earns life, liberty and property
This has been and continues to be libertarian in its legacy
Leading us to the next alleged conflict of man against nature
The Neo-Marxists have coopted the path that society matures

Their intervention has brought totalitarian degrees of control
That scratch beyond the surface as it indigently wounds our souls
We must confront these deprivations as we move forward
State control of production is unneeded to move toward

Controlling all of individual lives through economic tools
These are the financial tools that come to be our rules
The collectivists use labels to seize greater power
In the end, the state robs humanity of our best hour

Devouring all aspects of our lives through its pessimism
The collectivists disrespect individual freedom and capitalism
Degradation of human life comes by this accepted fatalism
It is a downward spiral of discontent instead of exceptionalism

It is Hayek's road to serfdom and it's related lives of servitude
The functioning of life and markets together with right aptitude
Removes the hindrances that force mankind into poverty
We must not be intimidated into paths that lead to servility

We must not yield to a ruling class that seeks to prolong power
But instead, we must, indeed, fight for humanity's finest hour
Virtuous ambition is the key to regaining the West's morality 
We individuals are the heroes restoring our victory
