Sweet Victory

Nothing can take God's place
I've felt His glory, face-to-face
I am grateful from my heart
He's been here from the start

Saving me from my transgressions
And from all this world's aggressions
It's amazing all that He's done
In the trinity of Father, Holy Spirit, and son

From my badness, He has brought good
From my madness, something understood
I see it in the faces of my daughters
Of whom He has blessed me as their father

There is happiness in my attitude
Thanks to the blessings, I know gratitude
He's given me my full restoration
Through the path of my healing redemption

His love reigns over my eternity
I live forevermore convinced of His deity
With His voice silencing my enemies
His is the path to reaching my sweet victory
