Breaker of the chains
You have freed my soul
Heard in the refrains
It's you that I extol

You are the Lord
Subject to my praise
Your Bible is my sword
Throughout my days

Held in our veneration
From first to last generations
Held in holy connection
You've shown my direction

As I look at your ways
To show me how to live my days
I'm never lost in guessing
Every day brings new blessings

In you, my trust confides
Beyond the strength of my pride
