Happy Bastille Day!! - Let Them Eat Bread, She Said...
Seasoned Days

May your daily conversation
Filled as it is with God's grace
Be one of spiritual connection
And welcoming to God's embrace

Seen in the faces of the past
Is the dreamers of vast legacy
Seizing the days that would not last
But knowing each moment intimately

May we, ourselves, live through
All of our well seasoned days
Sharing with the others a Godly view
Worn adorned in all of our ways

Live there with great confidence
Provided with God's Holy resplendence
Living each moment in answered prayer
Offering hope and joy from Satan's snare

The revival needed in our own life
That brings us peace instead of strife
Walks as it is in our being contented
Instead of troubled by all we've invented

Bravely emboldened as we are
We lift our voices to Heaven
Living our lives sacred moments
Holy as if bites of bread unleavened

The days spin by in their haste
Yet, let's take our moments to praise
And that bread's intended taste
