Songbird in the night
Melodic moment's prayer
People stop to stare

Angular perception
Meets its reception
Self-reflected conception
Mass media deception

To show is to reveal
Filled with motion; never still
Biologically selected
With attention directed

Captivated by story
Lived for the glory
Systems of influence
Lost in the confluence

A moment's distraction
Lust in attraction
For that something new
The artist brings into view

Patterns of home
Are never alone
But set on the throne
Power will never own

Isolated in the tension
Between drivels of pretension
Lived in ambition
Brought to life with imagination

Quality winds through
The dark night's winds of blue
A revolving box to
All the things that we do

   The democracy of the theater
   Is brought to life by the creator...
