Thought For the Day: The Strong Must Be Just

“Justice without force is impotent. Force without justice is tyranny. Unable to make what is just strong, we have made what is strong just.” —Blaise Pascal (1623- 1662)

And so it is as it must be, we must be both strong and just.  But real justice.  This Left wing sense of justice so often adds up to just force and often extremely unjust.  Examples given?  Stalin; Mao; Hitler; Che; Castro;  Pol Pot.  We have lived through the bloodiest century ever.  All in the name of Left wing platitudes that sound better than their practice and even then ring of unjustness and cruelty when thought through and brought to their ultimate conclusions.
