Time Spent With the Harvard Classics: Joseph Addison – The Vision of Mizra and Westminster Abbey

On May 1, 1672, English essayist, poet, playwright and politician Joseph Addison was born.  He passed away on June 17, 1719.  Along with his friend, Richard Steele, he co-founded The Spectator magazine.
