Actor, Rock musician and singer-songwriter Eric Hilliard Nelson was born on May 8, 1940 and passed away on December 31, 1985. In the 1950s, he starred along with his family in the radio and television series The Adventures of Ozzie and Harriet. Ricky Nelson was one of the teen idols which led to him co-starring in the John Wayne movie, Rio Bravo. Between 1957 through 1973, he placed 53 songs on the Billboard Hot 100 including Poor Little Fool. He was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame on January 21, 1987. For his genre of music this is very pleasant and for that Aloha Promises Forever rates his greatest hits compilation with a 9 out of 10.
