To self actualize life, I think… requires to first dare to dream.. then to dare more and make strides at making the dream or dreams come true?

Stillness of Heart

She headed out West, heeding a platitude
A saying perhaps meant for someone else
Still, she accepted the challenge with gratitude
She would find herself in the West like all else

Be it lost or found, in this calling
It was a calling of her unique heart
And even while pride might be falling
Her certainty stayed as it had from the start

Not one to shrink back from fear
She was one instead to bravely persevere 
One step at a time, challenges are met
And when pushed on, seldom cause for regret

Everything new has to be learned
Everything of value has to be discerned
Finding footing in a new place
Takes a lot of prayer and much grace

Each step taken is taken with Providence
And must be taken in equal confidence
Even when it seems an equal part of guessing
There expectations met become those of blessing
