Walk Alone

When Satan fell to the Earth, he did not fall alone.  It takes that one brave enough to stand against these forces of evil…

The Architect's Playground - Lucifer Rising

Walk Alone
by Michael Romani

When Satan fell from heaven
He did not fall alone
In this world filled with darkness
I wish I had a heart of stone

You may think me silly
But is man kind, really?
In a dealt out hand
I must fold or stand

It's mankind's great tragedy
That we so often align
With all the things of fallacy
Preferring darkness to light and to see

Seeing this truth unfold
I speak plainly as I'm told
That truth will set us free
I remain hopeful of that possibility

But so many times, I walk alone
Keeping my loyalty to the heavenly throne
But, then making so many mistakes
That all that's left is to embrace the heartbreaks
