Between Heaven and Earth
There is a gate
Between light and dark
There falls a shadow
Between faith and sin
A whisper speaks a prayer
My deepest confession
Lies in my heart
Between God and myself
I need a miracle
Between weakness and strength
Are my mistakes
Between love and remorse
Are my heartbreaks
Between birth and death
I live my life
Between wrong and right
Lays my darkest night
Between happiness and sorrow
Is the knowing of my wrong
