Delight In the Truth of Sanctuary

Based in part on  Psalms 37:4:

Delight In the Truth of Sanctuary
by Michael Romani

Finding happiness in the Lord to find our desires
Keeping our sights on the inspiration of our fire
Gathering the cornerstones of our days of worship
And in this, we find our way to our relationships

Keeping commitment each day to our devotion
Setting and keeping course despite our emotions
We must always keep in mind our need to be servants
And of His great commandments daily be observant

In the building of our lives, we must keep on forward
Keeping in sight the guiding post of light moving toward
All the things that we might come to be and see
Devoted in the steps we make submitting to Divinity

All of life is lived throughout in our all of our seasons
Given love and laughter and chasing all our reasons
And in all of this, maybe we might find our eternity
Such is the truth of the whys of our immortality

All the power of the promises that the Lord has given
Living the life we follow in following His yoke forgiven
Kept framed in the things of righteousness we need
Kept reminded to do what's right by what we read

Always triggered to think in all of our processes begun
To be those who lived righteously when we are done
And to find then the paths that take away the tragic
Moving ever forward toward the only real sort of magic

The end comes to being called into our deepest meaning
Living and loving as we serve in our place of true being
When we live out these plans and our final days come
Let us know that we have served well our father's kingdom

The best of life comes from living our lives rightly
Communing with the love of God shining so brightly
Having tasted the fruits that come from His grace
Knowing that we are fully at home in our Father's embrace
