“Only one form of contagion travels faster than a virus. And that’s fear.” – Dan Brown

Please people, yes, it is bad, but keep calm. Do not give into fear and forget to live our moments of precious life given to us. Panic helps no one. Don’t horde. Now is the time like no other when we must think first and foremost not only of ourselves but of our loved ones, our friends and yes even the strangers we do not know.
We can get through this, people, one day at a time. Yes. Some of us will likely not be here at the end of this. I get this perhaps more than a lot of people. I just medically retired because of my respiratory and lung problems. But, while I am here, while all of us are here, please let’s do what we can to help each other. Don’t take more than you need. And for God’s sake and your own, when you see your family, friends, neighbors, even complete strangers in need of some help, let’s give them that extra toilet paper, food, encouragement, kind word, whatever it takes.
This will be what get us through this. Not undue fear. Not selfishness. Not anger. Not frustration. Love. Love people. Love each other. Love life. Love God. But, please love.
No one gets out alive. That’s a certainty. For whatever we have of our lives, let’s live it with love and kindness and foster hope and encouragement in those around us. Let’s live the love that is the best of life until our last breath.
This is what I want; what others need, and what God wants, needs and requires of us. I humbly ask this of the readers here. Be the difference that those is needed. Be the love that is the best of life. And I pray this in our Father’s holy name, Amen.
