Every Name Has Its Story

Every name has its story
In each way, giving God glory
Jesus is the first born priority
Given to us as our authority

First place in everything
Our inspiration for which we sing
Beloved and holy, putting on our heart
Putting the Lord first from the start

Wearing all of the Godly ways
Dressed in habits to embrace all our days
It's a matter of needed fashion
To live our lives in compassion

It's not what we feel
But the the things we do that reveal
Taking our steps into action
To bring blessed satisfaction

The word of God dwelling within
Thankfully singing each hymn
All in for God in every interaction
Living holy bring that best satisfaction

Aligned with God in our prayer
Starting each day with utmost care
That the will of God must be done
This is how we know the Father and Son

Everything we do is to bring the glory
With serenity of heart in our story
Always we are giving glory in representation
To never have to press for explanation

In this way, we gain our inheritance
Facing the world joyfully in temperance
Every part of us surrendered in the all
However hard it is for us to recall
