First Principles: Judges Minds Should Not Be Distracted With Jarring Interests; They Should Not Be Dependent Upon Any Man, Or Body of Men

Turning to violence and threats to impose the will of some over a majority of others is not the path of our republic. This is indeed mob rule and strongly opposed by the Founders of our nation.
