New Possibility

A new life learned
In the lessons discerned
Taking on all the new days
As we learn to walk in new ways

Our hearts filled with desire
our minds set ablaze with fire
Putting our hopes in a basket
Instead of simply lying in a casket

Honoring God with our devotion
Lives filled with humbled emotion
Seeking to honor God in our days
And keeping that connected in our ways

Seeking out this new direction
With sincere and deep dedication
Opened to this second sight
That we might know new delight

Strange as it always seems
Our hopes are for new dreams
This way is our truest journey
That brings us to our new destiny

Daring to dream this dream
With eyes wide open to see
Rising to the top like cream
We live the abundance of new possibility
