First Principles: Charity Is No Part of the Legislative Duty of the Government

I have no idea why followers of the Constitution and the rule of law would have any problem with a singular executive order that did not comply with the requirements of the Administrative Procedures Act placing all taxpaying citizens on the accrued debt of others while some of these taxpayers did not go to college because they could not afford to do so and others still simply chose other working paths, do you?
