Thought For the Day: Losing Your Head In A Crisis Is A Good Way To Become the Crisis

“Losing your head in a crisis is a good way to become the crisis.”  –  C.J. Redwine, Defiance

Please take a moment to review a good general summary of what we currently know about the coronavirus.  This is not a time to panic.  Instead, dear readers, arm yourselves with the best information possible.  I realize that Wikipedia is sketchy at times.  So do not rely just on this information.  From this site, several links are provided.   Keep calm.  Keep rational.   Realize that as bad as it is, it still is not comparable to other death rates from other flu strains this past year alone.

Let’s just keep it together, dear readers and know that there are reasonable steps we can take.  As AlohaPromisesForever gains new information that might be helpful, we promise as always to provide the best that we can as soon as we can to help our friends, readers, loved ones.  This is my duty before God and I will not shirk from it.   When the time to panic hits us, I’ll be the first voice to say it’s time to self isolate and run and provide the best information available on how to endure this without adding to the panicked state of so many already and way too soon.

Please let’s not become a worse crisis by panicking.  It was almost the first thing taught to me a lifetime ago as a junior lifeguard and then a lifeguard.  Nothing gets better through panic.  All things are best faced with and through calm and rational thinking, actions and reactions.  Let’s figuratively join hands together during this time and face this situation through spreading good information and help each other in the coming times ahead be these as positive as I think they will be; or, if worse comes to worse, together to ensure the best available information is disseminated and used wisely.

In the interim, please know that each of you are in my thoughts and prayers and we will come through this.  Have faith and we can move a mountain, surely we can face this as well!  May God bless each and every one of the readers here. This is my prayer for all of us.
