During this time of limited travel and doing what we can to get through while making history simply by living as well as possible as we adapt to Covid, it’s maybe time to look at bucket lists.

Bucket List Cools

Shimmied into shake at all the rules
Of beginning a bit of bucket list cools
Just in time for a global lock down,
I remain determined to wear a victor's crown

I'm going to get my living in 
And do my bucket list and maybe once again
I'm running high fever, burning hot
Doing everything that I haven't forgot

Checking my list off one by one
Gonna live a full life before this is done
Looking for my last chance opportunity
Taking down my roads one by one for me

Pursuing my dreams as a passionate part
These are the things that move my heart
Some say that I'm pushing too too hard
But, I'm gonna play that last wild card

Everything keeps coming up golden and aces
As the flames soar high in my mind's embraces
Trying to make my best of living this history
All of my photos there are the remains of mystery

Checking my list off one by one
Gonna live a full life before this is done
Looking for my last chance opportunity
Taking down my roads one by one for me

Dreaming my way without knowing the way
Making the very best of my every day
Each of these things crossed off to the wire
As if the universe can't help but conspire

To bring me the things that I feel I need
As long sown within each and every seed
Planted and then waiting for each to bloom
These are more inside my heart's growing room
