When administrations consistently break laws such as the APA, this is a use of force that is being attempted to bring about multiple changes and not acting with the authority of law. If it is allowed to remain in place, the authority of law is destroyed. The rule of law becomes the rule of man. This is also known as tyranny. As such, if allowed to be normalized, it is the end to liberty.

The Biden Administration has done this multiple times which is why the appeals courts in multiple jurisdictions have put a stop to this in at least seven instances. The lawlessness of the Biden Executive Orders must be looked at for what it is and then constrained or we as a free people have given our freedom and liberty regardless of if we agree with the ends attempted to be accomplished. The proper route for most of these actions is through the legislature not the iron will of a petty would-be dictator.

Both houses belong to the Democrats, let these changes be done by who has the proper authority. Even if we take the position that Biden, as president, is entitled to attempt to make whichever Executive Orders he desires to make, absent the following of the APA including the due process of a commenting period, these Executive Orders are unconstitutional. We the people stand vigilantly dedicated to these founding principles of our republic, or we are giving away our hard fought for liberty.
