“Wherever the real power in a Government lies, there is the danger of oppression.” – James Madison (1788)

“The FDA made a disturbing but not at all surprising announcement just a few days ago about children’s health. Now, if you haven’t heard about it or if you missed it, it’s because the mainstream media and the Biden-Harris administration have been completely silent on it. This warning that the FDA issued is basically saying that puberty blockers can cause serious health risks for our kids. Unfortunately, at almost the exact same time the FDA issued this warning, Biden-Harris administration officials were making public statements actively promoting the use of puberty blockers and irreversible surgeries for kids. Now let’s be clear: This administration is dangerously promoting child abuse.” – Democrat ex-Congresswoman Tulsi Gabbard
So then why is the Biden-Harris Administration supportive of substances that are harmful to the nation’s children? This should never be something that is allowable or agreeable to anyone. I quote:
“The minors, who were all biologically female, suffered from symptoms of “pseudotumor cerebri” (tumor-like masses in the brain), including visual disturbances (seeing bright lights that aren’t there), headache or vomiting, papilledema (swelling of the optic nerve), increased blood pressure, and abducens neuropathy (eye paralysis).”

“The instruments by which [the government] must act are either the AUTHORITY of the laws or FORCE. If the first be destroyed, the last must be substituted; and where this becomes the ordinary instrument of government there is an end to liberty!” – Alexander Hamilton, Tully, No. 3, 1794

When administrations consistently break laws such as the APA, this is a use of force that is being attempted to bring about multiple changes and not acting with the authority of law. If it is allowed to remain in place, the authority of law is destroyed. The rule of law becomes the rule of man. This is also known as tyranny. As such, if allowed to be normalized, it is the end to liberty.
The Biden Administration has done this multiple times which is why the appeals courts in multiple jurisdictions have put a stop to this in at least seven instances. The lawlessness of the Biden Executive Orders must be looked at for what it is and then constrained or we as a free people have given our freedom and liberty regardless of if we agree with the ends attempted to be accomplished. The proper route for most of these actions is through the legislature not the iron will of a petty would-be dictator.
Both houses belong to the Democrats, let these changes be done by who has the proper authority. Even if we take the position that Biden, as president, is entitled to attempt to make whichever Executive Orders he desires to make, absent the following of the APA including the due process of a commenting period, these Executive Orders are unconstitutional. We the people stand vigilantly dedicated to these founding principles of our republic, or we are giving away our hard fought for liberty.
To Angie (At Age 15)
by Michael Doyle
Since the day you entered the world
With longish locks and fists uncurled
I have stood amazed and maybe doted
As I looked into your heart devoted
As it was and still in angelic sense
Armed with a smile to which I had no defense
But to lay down all arms and go easy
As you cooed as if to quietly soothe me
I remember an agreement we seemingly made
You with diapers being changed and me afraid
To go easy on each other as father and daughter
Now at 15, you've done just that, my daughter
You enchant the world with your sweet smile
And I remember back on even our longest mile
Knowing that each step of the way has been kind
And filled with a love, I have no right to find
If you look at me and see a smile on my face
It has been placed there with your trace
Your life's blessing is one of a father's knowing
That the principles taught are amply showing
May each passing birthday be one of loving memory
And know that you are loved within this family
Like a melodious songbird filled with celebration
Your song has been one that has brought adoration
And each passing year since that first you were born
Has been one of miracles since that first early morn
With your loving ways worn like a tiara sparkling bright
Now as you've reached 15, I hold on a little less tight
Watching you really blossoming with such radiant beauty
No longer needing life's training wheels for my true cutie
I observe you making right decisions to make the world better
And see that in your own way, you are a real go-getter
Each move toward independence is its own chest of treasure
Assuring me that you have taken in life in its full measure
And have this thing just where it brings you that victory
And for your father, it brings me assurance pleasantly
To know that you are growing up in all the right ways
That will bring about just the right sorts of best days
Yet ahead in this life that will be coming at you strong
Each decision made has been far more right than ever wrong
I am so very proud of the woman you are growing to become
You are more than I had hoped for and then more and then some
And as I laid awake unable to sleep until I greeted the sunrise
Thinking, I realize, how much I have seen through your eyes
And it is beautiful
Sometimes wonderful
To know that you are my daughter

On the Importance of Free Speech On Campus
by Michael Doyle
Odd isn't it? In a world seeking diversity
So many try to suppress free speech at the university
This defeats the purpose of this being a nursery
For the ideas and speech that are completely necessary
Hosted debates can serve to bring new thoughts to mind
This is the way society is best not ever left behind
There is so much to be said and sometimes to remind
That society has so many things to which we cannot be blind
Civil rights should not be predicated on the color of skin
When we bring this back to color, we lose freedoms again
There is no part of life that is less sacred than another
It is a seamless garment in which we are all sisters and brothers
Free thought and speech are to always be protected
As the Bill of Rights was established and it is recommended
That each of us always keeps this in our hearts and minds
And fight for what's right or all of this will be left behind
